The Menus
And then there’s the breakfast…
Gourmet breakfasts at The Verandas Bed and Breakfast Inn are an experience in gracious, gourmet dining. We believe that you should start your day feeling well-fed, well-cared-for, and fortified.
We serve breakfast in the formal dining room, at the dining room table. We love the social ambiance of our home, and breakfast is a time for guests to meet each other, share stories, and enjoy interesting company. Of course, there are also a number of small tables for those who prefer a quiet, more reflective, start to the day. Breakfast is served on antique china and guests always use our vintage silver.
Enjoy French pressed coffee, a variety of teas, locally sourced seasonal fresh fruit, and an entree that is a foodie delight. Meals include The Verandas proprietary recipes (lots of them are top secret!), breakfast meats, and any number of special touches.
Menus are always determined at the prerogative of the innkeeper.

The art of the kitchen
We recently redecorated our beloved kitchen, creating a truly artful space in which it is a pleasure to prepare our gourmet meals.
Our innkeeper-chef sources produce and other ingredients locally, and prides himself on a breakfast menu that is always changing. We have a variety of guest favorites that we prepare time-and-again, as well as a constantly evolving file of breakfast recipes that we are always excited to share with our guests.
We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please let us know that you have special needs at the time you you make your reservations.
Menus are always determined at the prerogative of the innkeeper.
