Large corner room that is one of the more traditional looking rooms, with gorgeous mahogany furniture, a king bed, soothing avocado green walls, and one of the largest vintage tribal Indonesian textile wall hangings the innkeeper has ever seen. The artwork over the decorative fireplace is hand-blocked print from a contemporary artist in California. The desk is under a window, next to the decorative fireplace. The colors of the rooms are burgundy, blues and deep greens. The bathroom is a subtle, restful spa feeling, with muted wallpaper, marble finishes, and a garden size soaking tub. This room has access to both the upper front and back verandas from the second floor hallway, perfect for enjoying an evening aperitif or after dinner drink. Current room rates on reservation site.
